1. Once you request a reservation, you will receive an automated message that acknowledges your inquiry.
2. Upon confirming your reservation, we will send you a second email with a confirmation number. At this time we will take a deposit by debiting your credit card for one night’s accommodation.
3. The full balance will be payable on arrival by Visa, Mastercard, travellers cheque or cash.

Please note that the debit on your statement will name "Midnight Sun Travel". The owners of the Lodge also own this travel agency that has credit card privileges.

1. Once you make a reservation, you may cancel within 24 hours without charge.
2. The deposit will be forfeited on any cancellation that provides less than 14 days notice.
3. Cancellations prior to 14 days will be charged a $25 administration fee. Cancellations must be made by email.
4. Reservations that are not cancelled will be charged the full amount of the room(s) booked.

Please note: Reservations made and cancelled within 14 days of arrival will be charged the first night accommodation.
