  1. Once you request a reservation, you will receive an automated message that acknowledges your inquiry.
  2. Upon confirming your reservation, we will send you a second email with a confirmation number.
  3. Your credit card (VISA or MasterCard) will be debited when you check in.

Please note that the debit on your statement will name "Midnight Sun Travel". The owners of the Lodge also own this travel agency that has credit card privileges.


  1. Once you make a reservation, you may cancel within 24 hours without charge.
  2. If you cancel 8 days or more from the date of check in, we will charge your card a $25 service fee.
  3. If you cancel 7 days or less from the date of check in, we will charge your card for the equivalent of one night's stay.
  4. Reservations that are not cancelled will be charged the full amount of the room(s) booked.

As a property with only four rooms, we have to be strict about enforcing our cancellation policy from June 1 to September 30. During this time we are very busy and many of our guests come from afar. However, in the off-season we offer more latitude to individuals who cancel  Please note that all cancellations must be in writing and will result in a $25 debit to your credit card.
